Light Her Fire by Samanthe Beck
My rating: 3 of 5 stars
This was a very quick read. It was cute and sweet with a hint of new beginning for everyone.
Melody has just ended her long term relationship, which lead to a long engagement. Melody doesn't want to be looked upon as sad, weak, getting no ass Melody, So she is determine to change that with the new arrival in their small town.
Josh wants to get out of Mulberry and it's one stoplight. The only thing that keeps him from hating the town completely is looking at Ms. Blue-Lick, a.k.a Melody.
The sex was hot in this book and the sweetness of their "seeing one another" was nice. I liked how they each brought something to the relationship. Melody made Josh think long term and more settled. Josh made Melody take like day by day and expand her sexuality. She definitely went from prude to slutty (in a Great way). I loved that transformation for Melody.
The story is quick, insta-love kind of story that is patient, kind, and allows you to see Melody and Josh get throughly f%$@ed.
