Tempted by Two

Tempted by TwoTempted by Two by Portia Da Costa
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

ARC provided by NetGalley for a honest review.

I found Tempted by Two to be very opening to me and my ménage book reading experience. My only experience was A Table for Three (New York) by Lainey Reese and the Reluctant Dom by Tymber Dalton. Both books were fabulous stories with different story lines. This was the same Tempted by Two.

Katie is visited a small town on a holiday, due to a windfall from a family member. The idea behind the holiday is for Katie to follow her passionate love of an artist work. During an art exhibit she meets her artist crush (Marcus Dane) when she is awestruck by a painting he is displaying called Tempted by Two, a study. The painting is described as being very graphic, sensual, and alluring. Katie feels a slight pull, curiosity to the display and Marcus finds her physical reaction to be interesting.

Because of her physically displayed interest Marcus invites her to his studio with his lover/partner Owen. Katie learns that Marcus and Owen are interested in her partaking in a Tempted by Two session. The invitation peaks the interest of Katie and her deeps desires. Katie is fascinated by being with two men who will not only please her (per their statement) but they want her to watch as they please each other.

There are many insecurities become present in this story, there is some heartbreak, and growth.

The defining question is can a new experience help you to learn more about yourself or learn how to hurt yourself with denial.
