Escaping Reality (The Secret Life of Amy Bensen, #1)

Escaping Reality (The Secret Life of Amy Bensen, #1)Escaping Reality by Lisa Renee Jones
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Amy has been running from her past life. The job she has at the museum, her name, the friends she made, are all about to change again. In the blink of an eye she has to go into survival mode. She is given assistance from a handler she has only meet once.

The opening scene of this books is eerie and got my adrenaline going, "I've found you can so can they. Go to JFK Airport directly. Do not go home. Do not linger. Locker 111 will have everything you need."

Amy must disappear, again, and begin anew. While fading into the world and traveling to her new destination she meets Liam. Who is very interested in Amy.

There is an attraction there, but nothing can come from it, because Amy has to be safe, distant, and not cause any attention to herself.

What will Amy do when Liam barges into her life and will not leave? What do you do when you do not know the threat that is after you? What do you do when you begin to lose part of your self?

I recommend this book and advise you hold on to that e-reader or paperback because this is part one of what I believe will be a great series.
